What is the square footage?
Most of our products are 399 square feet meaning they are classified as Park Model RVs. This square footage does not include the front/back porches or lofts. We also have Ready-Built homes which can be over 400 sqft if you need more space.

Do you have models available for immediate delivery?
We have several homes available to tour on our lot in Bastrop, TX. These are available for immediate delivery.
What is the price range?
Park Model RVs - $80,000-$150,000 depending on the floor plan and specific upgrades/customizations.
What does the base price include?
The base price for all of our products will include a standard refrigerator, a stove, and mini split AC/heating unit(s). Anywhere in Texas, delivery is also included in the base price in addition to blocking, leveling, and tie down for the park model. The base price of each unit is turn-key, meaning it is "move in ready" at that price! You are able to make changes and upgrades to the home for an additional fee.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we have two companies we utilize- Triad and 21st Mortgage.
Do you ship out of state?
Yes, we can deliver to most states depending on your location. Please contact our office directly for a transportation quote!
