For a Park Model RV, 21st Mortgage typically requires up to 35% with a credit score between 600-650 and only 10% down if your credit score is above 650. 21st Mortgage will finance up to 25 years.

Triad

For a Park Model RV, Triad generally requires a credit score of at least 650 and 10% down. Triad will finance up to 23 years.
